Final sizing depends on simultaneous fixture demand, incoming-water temperature, target temperature rise, appliance use, and the exact product's first-hour rating or flow curve.

Delivery, basic installation, removal, disposal, plumbing materials, utility work, venting, condensate, permits, and selected accessories can all sit outside a retail unit price. Ask whether a proposal includes startup, haul-away, code corrections, warranty registration, and cleanup.
